the question about the used-machine package?

Becasue we need to apply the import license from China Authority and need the following doucments :-
1) Our shipment is CIF term, China Authority needs insurance certificate for reference.
2) What is the packing of each equipment? Is it 1-packing for 1-equipment?
3) Is there any external packing for each equipment? such as wooden case or wooden crate or wooden pallet, if has, please submit us the wooden fumigation certifcate. Besides, please also let us know is there any certificate was sticked on the wooden box?
4) If there is no wooden materials in this shipment, please also issue us a letter of "Declaration of Non-wood Packing Materials", please see our attachment.

1.) please see attached certificate
2.) Each package only container one piece of equipment
3.) The product you purchased is on a IPSM 15 compliant skid with plastic wrap and corner runs on the machine. There is no need to complete fumigation as our wood has a IPSM 15 heat treat stamp on it. If you still wish the container to be fumigated, this will need to be completed on your end when the container arrives. I can normally complete fumigation on request, but I need to request this with the steamship company at the time a booking is made with them. I can supply you with a IPPC/ISPM 15 certificate if you need this.
4.) no need for this as everything in this container as a wood skid on it
